ISC Forecast for Thursday and Friday No novelties in this there are some conditions which need to be taken note of expected for Thursday. A Vigorous cold front is going to cross the state during Thursday bringing strong Westerly winds and hot pre-frontal conditions, air temps may end up higher than our forecast due to a special effect from the Westerlies and warm air aloft, 35 - 36c is not out of the question in some places due to these conditions. Thursday Partly Cloudy, hot and dry, a Severe Weather Warning is in effect for damaging winds and we have an extreme fire danger issued due to the conditions expected. Winds Thursday Northwesterly 25 to 40 km/h tending west to northwesterly 35 to 55 km/h gusting to 100km/h in the middle of the day then tending north to northwesterly 25 to 40 km/h in the late evening before a Southerly Change around 10pm 25km/h - 40km/h Friday South to southwesterly 20 to 25 km/h turning westerly 20 to 30 km/h during the morning.
