ISF KPK Provincial Elections Will Be Held on 30th June Sunday Keeping the legacy of ISF an Election Commission fully independent in its working in collaboration with the Executive Committees, is held responsible for holding elections of President ISF at Provincial level KPK. The executive members of election commission are consisted of the following members approved by the centre & PEC members who raised hands by showing their support of trust to election commission : 1. Dr. Ehsen Naveed (Central Vice President ISF Pakistan), 2. Mr. Akhundzada Hussain Ahmed (Member), 3. Mr. Meena Khan Afridi (Member), 4. Mr. Iqbal Jadoon (Member), 5. Mr. Safi (Member), 6. Mr. Hazrat Ali (Member). The candidates after a thorough process of 1 week of submission of applications were scrutinized by Provincial Election Commission, which aproved the tickets to the following candidates : 1. Ikram Ghazi, 2. Suhail Khan Afridi, 3. Yasin Khan, 4. Ashfaq Muneer, 5. Hafeez Khan, 6. Israfel Khan Afridi. Date : The elections will be held on Sunday 30th June 2013 at 12 PM Procedure : All candidates will be allowed to debate from 5 minimum minutes to maximum of 10 minutes in front of the voters no candidate will be allowed to campaign during the election procedure. Election procedure (1) Simple majority will be counted. (2) Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned in Article 138 Keeping consensus of central constitution of ISF & with consultation with Mr. Farrukh Habib ISF Central President Pakistan & members of CEC, the provincial election Commission has formulated its organizational setup independently, with the following eligibility criteria : 138. (1) The following eligibility criteria shall be fulfilled for selection of candidates contesting elections: (a) Must be a citizen of Pakistan. (b) Must not have age less than 18 years or more than 29 years. (c) Must be able to read and write Urdu. (d) Must be of a sound mind and character. Two office holders, either current or former, shall testify for his sanity and character. (e) Must not have any criminal record or any pending court proceedings against him. In case he/she is facing any criminal charges during his/her office, he/she shall be suspended from the office till final verdict of the court. (f) Must have his membership duration of more than 90 days before being nominate. (h) Must have taken active part in ISF activities at Institute, Town, District, Divisional or Provincial level. (i) Should have proven his knowledge, skill and dedication through his previous activities for ISF. (2) The following criteria shall be fulfilled for contesting election as per decision of Provincial Election Commission ISF KPK: - (a) For the office of Provincial President; a candidate must have served as;.
