ISI 12 Workouts of Christmas: Today ISI Coach Stephen Ward talks you through a Fasted Cardio (FC) workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home. This will really maximise additional fat loss to complement your other efforts in the gym & kitchen. From experience we recommend a blended bulletproof coffee and 1-2 grams of ALC.
