ISIS Claims To Have Executed Another Hostage The propaganda video released Saturday is said to show Briton David Haines being beheaded. Like the videos of James Foley and Steven Setloff’s executions, Haines is shown kneeling in front of his executioner, wearing an orange suit. The British Embassy in Washington DC said it is working to verify the video’s contents. British Prime Minister David Cameron wrote in a tweet: “The murder of David Haines is an act of pure evil.” The Prime Minister also promised to ‘hunt down’ those responsible.
