Militants Threatened To Kill Mr. Gourdel Within Hours Unless France Ceased Air Strikes. Images Of His Execution Emerged On A Video Distributed By The Alferian Militants Announcing His Decapitation. It Shows The Mountaineering Guide Kneeling Down With His Hands Tied, Wearing A Purple T-Shirt. The Video Does Not Show The Beheading, But Shows A Militant Holding Up A Decapitated Head Of Mr. Gourdel. Some 1,500 Algerian Forces Were Seen Combing Through The Resive Region Of East Algeria, Trying To Locate & Save Him Before It Is Too Late.
