ISIS are... pants! If anyone ever had any doubts about the diabolical nature of these cretins, then watch this short video featuring an ordinary resident, a teacher in Syria who suddenly found herself and her community under ISISs rule. It is a worthwhile investment of your 4mins as it will convey to you the insidious and uncouth character of a people whose ignorance of humanity - let alone Islamic morals - is so base and so disgraceful that their actions would be laughable if they werent so disastrous for their victims. In the video, the lady speaks in calm, measured tones and of her own defiant actions - almost incredulously courageous by all definitions of the word - as to how she would protest as a lone and female voice holding a simple placard in her town denouncing these newly arrived strangers armed and swaggering about calling themselves valiant defenders of Islam. The English subtitles from the Arabic she is speaking is good but it isnt perfectly translated and there a few instances where the quality of the translation does poor justice to what is actually being said by this very articulate woman. At the 1:45 mark, she mentions verbatim, part of a verse from the Quran (53:23) ما أنزل الله بها من سلطان ...God has not given you any authority... - referring to the illegal, brutal actions of the ISIS claim to be carrying out as Islamic actions. With this one verse, the woman eloquently unmasks ISIS as far, far removed from any notion of Islam or indeed of any divinely inspired faith. The translation/subtitles missed altogether the subtlety of this and it is all the more profound as to what she says when you review the meaning of the whole verse in its entirety. People ask, Who are ISIS - IS or the Islamic State; Daesh in Arabic acronyms from the full form Dawla al-Islamia?. They themselves have given their gang, fancy names but their ignorance belies their own hollowness and their evil actions that they seemingly mask in order to fool people. The Quran at Chapter 53, verse 23 elucidates: إِنْ هِيَ إِلَّا أَسْمَاءٌ سَمَّيْتُمُوهَا أَنْتُمْ وَآبَاؤُكُمْ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ بِهَا مِنْ سُلْطَانٍ ۚ إِنْ يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا الظَّنَّ وَمَا تَهْوَى الْأَنْفُسُ ۖ وَلَقَدْ جَاءَهُمْ مِنْ رَبِّهِمُ الْهُدَىٰ These are nothing but names which ye have devised - ye and your fathers - for which Allah has sent down no authority (whatsoever). They follow nothing but conjecture and what their own souls desire! Even though there has already come to them Guidance from their Lord! A bunch of ignoramuses so uncouth that they judge people on the wearing of pants!!! And you want me to dignify them with a serious refutation? ISIS truly are pants.
