ISIS jehadis who have recently declared the areas of NW Iraq and NE Syria which they have captured recently a Caliphate with their leader Abu Bakr al Bagdadi as the Caliph. Friends as u may know the last Caliph was removed by Kemal Ataturk in 1924 and this concept was abolished in Muslim world. A Caliph is considered by his followers as the sole heir of Prophet Muhammad who exercises both religious and political powers. In other words now the entire Muslim world must bow to the new caliph Al Baghdadi. This is bound to lead to lot of sectarian fights among the Sunnis for supremacy. It will also lead to global confrontation between Shia and Sunni sect of Muslims with dire consequences for the world at large. the fuel prices will hit sky high and the main sufferer will be India and maybe China dependent on gulf oil.
