ISIS recruitment group removed and reported to federal authorities. Some may disagree with reporting this assuming the authorities are watching and investigating pages. This is called diffusion of responsibility whereas an assumption is made someone else will take care of it; meanwhile individuals are compromised, injured or even killed because the responsibility is only assumed and no action is immediately taken.
