ISIS terrorism became suddenly personal yesterday. My daughter- in -law works in a building close to the Lindt cafe in Martin Square and she and he workmates were in lock down for much of yesterday . Hatred seems to have led self proclaimed Muslim cleric Man Haron Monis to take hostages in the Lindt Lindt Chocolat Cafe and caused the tragic death of two innocent people.But what we must not do is allow his hatred and those like him to fuel a distrust of the Muslim community in our country. Because distrust is like a cancer- once it takes hold it spreads until we take action to stop it.
