PM condemns attack on Church In consistency with details, Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif today condemned the bomb blast in a church in Peshawar that killed at least 45 people, including children. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said,” Terrorists have no religion and targeting innocent people is against the teachings of Islam and all religions.” “Such cruel acts of terrorism reflect the brutality and inhumane mind set of the terrorists,” he added. According to an official statement from the Prime Minister, “The Prime Minister further expressed unity with the Christian community and deeply sympathised with the bereaved families and prayed for the early recovery of those injured in the blast.” Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that patients should be shifted to other cities via helicopters. Seeing that lack of stretchers at Lady Reading Hospital has compelled some of the injured to be shifetd to other hospitals in the city.
