ISLAMABAD SAD INCIDENCE ,and laughable unpreparedness of state apparatus to handle mentally sick person. (Extremely disturbing scenes ,specially when bullet ridden fallen man man was hit in head by policeman in uniform) In last thirty years ,our people were exposed to extreme changes in political,social,economic and technological scenarios including extreme religious intolerance.People minds were not trained to grasp and sail smoothly through very difficult periods.Every individual,group ,nationality are brutalised in behaviors and thoughts.Handling demanding personal,family,workplace,marketplace problems needed changed,developed , skills and abilities.More than 60% of our population suffers from worse psychological conditions due fear ,anger ,maladjustment to changes , family structures changes due economic and socio-political and other factors.People destroy or self destroy families and self due persistent unchecked,medical extreme psychological conditions. Islamabad episode was one of that kind destroying self,family and environment yesterday.There should be solutions to these conditions through modern teaching,coaching and positive socialisation .
