ISLAMIC WAR FOR KASHMIR A GREAT CHALLENGE FOR INDIAN NATION When India and Pakistan attend freedom in 1947, the basic issue for Pakistan was those areas, where Muslim have an absolute majority should be treated as Pakistan. This directive led to the formation of East Pakistan, which is known as Bangladesh, Pakistan had eyes on Kashmir since 1947. The erstwhile ruler of Kashmir was maharaja Hari singh who was a Hindu. After 62 years government planned to installed the status of the great hero near Tawi Bridge. The majority of the Kashmiri populace compromised Muslims where Islamic agenda remains always against the Hindu maharajas. The Islamic forces are bent to capture Kashmir with rod and forced Kashmiri Hindus to leave the Kashmir by killing Hindus and destroying there property by way of fire. The few Kashmiri Muslims joined with Pakistan creating problem in India. Maharaja partap singh was succeeded to the thrown of Jammu and Kashmir by his nephew maharaja Hari Singh in 1925 A.D. Hari singh son of Amar singh during the earlier years of his region, was very popular with his subject and was held in great esteemed. The state acceded to India on 26 Oct 1947. Maharaja Hari singh went in violently exile in June 1947 and his son Dr. Karan singh took over constitutional head of the state. Maharaja Hari singh passed away at Bombay on April 26 Jan 1961. The period of maharaja Gulab singh 1846/56 A.D and Maharaja Ranbir singh 1856/1885 A.D was golden period of Dogra history. Maharaja Hari singh 1945 to 1949 A.D is called golden era but seems to be a blot in the Dogra history. Many precious lives were lost the Kashmiri Hindus and other Hindus were forced to leave in exile in their own country. The centre government have adopted the policy to appease the anti Indians, anti kashmiries and anti Dogras. The government is pleasing militants and there families by way of healing touch policy, rehabilitation policy and pension and allotment of land to the families of the militants. There was loss of Hindu temples in Kashmir as well as in Jammu region property and business forcely captured by the militants. The effect can be seemed even today. Muslims power world, Pakistan and china could attack India jointly for annexing Kashmir. The USA is going week and failed to snub even Pakistan where their enemy Osama Bin laden and others. Hiding and leaving without any fear. USA diplomats are quite having a mischievous smile and support style in there heart. Kashmir is the most volatile region in the world. Terrorist activities and proxy war are not suitable for settlement of the Kashmir issue. Bilateral talks with Pakistan without accessing wisdoms of leaders could not bring concrete results. The stub born attitude of Pakistan and Kashmiri leaders could become a flash point for the third world war. The new centre of terror is Kabul and Afghani militants are hands-in-glove with Kashmiri militants and Pakistani army. The J&K government is supporting militants and opened all doors for loot. The ordinary Kashmiri citizen is in dilemma. The J&K leaders have snatched is freedom of thoughts and expression. The leaders of Kashmir province have declared Kashmir and independent country of Islamic world. As on date, the Kashmir nation has a bleak future. Osama Bin Ladin, Taliban Molana Massod Azhar, Ahmed omar saeed shake, Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar and others posses a great threat to the India and Mini- war waged in India. India and Pakistan fought five wars i.e 1947, 1948, 1965, 1971and 1999 and the losses in terms of man power, military hard ware and money were tremendous on both the sides. India stand on Kashmir remains unruffled where as Pakistan is hell-bend upon acquiring it by all means-fear or foul. The war waged by Pakistan in kargil, Drass ,Batalik, Mushkoh valley and Mumbai in indicated the never ending affinity of Pakistan for Kashmir and an eye on lal Quila Delhi. Pakistan previous record of talks with India was very poor. There is no sign of prosperity in Azad Kashmir and Kashmiries are being exploited to the core in every inch of there land. The land, belong to India. The legal documents signed by the erstwhile Maharaja of Kashmir, Hari singh, amply proof of this fact. Then why not take some hard decisions so that the ultimate results are soft to chew? Why not demand the land that belongs to us? Indian approach as always been positive. We have been able to draw support from the east and west with out any hassles. We have made it clear that there is no need of bilateral negotiations till Pakistan admits the reality of documents signed by the erstwhile Maharaja of Kashmir, Hari Singh. The evil decision of ISI in the form of proxy wars and terrorist attack on the innocent peoples of India was a glaring example. If guns continue the roar, India must also retaliate with full vigor. Be prepared to take what ever is yours, the costs don’t matter for those issues, which are sacred and are concerned with the security and prosperity of the nation. The prime minister of India should not bow and beg peace from the militants and separatists and compromise with the security of country.
