Digicel business is looking for a self motivated, results orientated Sales professional to acquire new Digicel Business customers through the demonstration and application of the Digicel Business product portfolio. Enabling customers to meet their Telecommunication objects through improved business efficiencies and cost reductions. Success will be measured through our monthly reward scheme. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a solid track record of Sales achievement in previous roles and a hunger for achievement Sales Skill Level Knows how to prospect for new business from Digicel’s existing assigned customer base to feed a pipeline to achieve set target. Knows how to qualify sales opportunities. Knows how to package and present a solution to a typical customer, verbally and/or in writing. Knows how to close a potential sale with a typical customer. Digicel Product and Service Knowledge Has Knowledge of previous, current and future Digicel propositions, products and services, including emerging technologies. Possesses sufficient knowledge of competitor products and services to discuss comparability with customers/clients. Has sufficient knowledge of current and future promotions to explain the benefits to customers/clients. Consultative/Partnership Selling Knowledge and Tools. Understands how to build partnerships with clients. Understands how to identify key business drivers and how to shape solutions that support these. Pricing Has a thorough understanding of the pricing models that operate in own area and knows how to apply them across a range of situations. Has awareness for potential risks to profitability. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS Degree in Business or a related discipline. At least three (3) years sales/account management experience with a successful track record within Sales MUST own a vehicle and possess a valid drivers license Experience in and with the mobile telecommunications sector would be considered a valuable asset.
