****ISO: Someone willing to fix and repair damage due to a water pipe burst above my den and into the garage. We have insurance coming out this week for an estimate so i am just looking for recommendations to get the job done when the check comes. It will consist of removing/replacing carpet, drywall, ceiling tiles with recessing lighting fixtures, electrical breaker has blown, and of course the busted water pipe (least of my worries cuz i dont use this area for water much). The insurance co. may also ask about mold prevention, not sure with the freezing we have had that it will be an issue. It would be nice to have one person/company that can do it all for a reasonable price. We have not had much luck with just calling someone from the phone book/google so i want to ask real people this time. Thanks in advance for any help :)
