ISO advice: Im looking for someone who may have Crohns disease, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, or any other type of digestive track issues and if so I would like to know about symptoms and treatments people have tried, if there is a special diet to follow to prevent symptoms, I basically would like to hear a first hand account from someone going through these conditions. I have googled and found information on all these problems but I would like to hear about them from someone who lives with these diseases because they are more of an expert than google if that makes sense.
