ISO advice: Yesterday I took two blue healers to the Humane Society because they had been abandoned, neglected and abused in the manner that they had been locked in a pin and had not been fed by original owner since thanksgiving day. There is no heat or light for them to stay warm during the frigid single digit nights. The Humane Society tells me that legally (previous owner) could go and pick up the dogs. I filed a report and called animal perfection in Clay County. Animal protection told me I could take them to the humane society, I have voicemail. I also have pictures but the minimal is being done to protect the dogs. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful day.
