ISSUES IN TARABA TARABA: Suntais Case Refers to Appeal Court The case involving Governor Danbaba Danfulani Suntai of Taraba State, Speaker Taraba State House of Assembly Haruna Tsokwa and fifteen others came up for hearing on Monday at the Taraba State High Court, Jalingo. At the court, the presiding judge Justice Ali Andeyatso referred the case to the Federal Court of Appeal Yola, Adamawa State for answers to some questions. The case, according to the judge involved constitutional issues which requires interpretation. Accordingly he adjoined the case. Journalists at the court reports that the out of court settlement earlier agreed upon by both parties involved in the case was not mentioned.
