IT ASSISTANT MANAGER (Seksyen 21 - Shah Alam) Responsibilities: Support the R&D and Manufacturing companies to enhance their product development capability. Deliver IT solutions to the R&D and Manufacturing companies(CAD/CAE, Process Innovation, Engineering Know-How management). Planning IT strategy and solution for the R&D and Manufacturing companies. To provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiative that align with the mission of the company. Managed the company IT directions and communicate with the management. Lead by example and take active ownership and accountability - stimulate learning and manage knowlege. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree or equivalent. Minimum at least 5 years of working experience in product/part design or as Business/IT consultant for manufacturing company. Basic knowledge in 3D CAD, PLM, IT (Windows & Network) and especially in CAE. Possess strong business skills of proposal and project management. Possess strong perseverance with a high degree of initiative and independence with the ability to work with people from various backgrounds, cultures, together with strong customer and partner interface. Possess good team player and people management skills. Computer literate with competency in Ms Office. Proficiency in both spoken and written English, able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage. Willing to travel overseas within South East Asia & Japan.
