Its also the 12th and FINAL day of our #RPN12Daysoffitness On the 12th Day of Fitness my Instructor gave to meeee... 12 SWITCH KICKS, 11 Jumping Lunges, 10 High knees, 9 Deep Squats, 8 X Jumps, 7 Cross Jacks, 6 Scissor Runs, 5 Diamond Juuuuuumps, 4 Tricep Push Ups 3 Frog Burpees, 2 Hip Ups And a plank hold counting to 30 Join in the FIT FUN WHY?? Well WHY not?! It the LAST DAY! Its FUN FITNESS! Put all exercises TOGETHER today (see previous posts for tutorials)! QUICK and EFFECTIVE For SWITCH KICKS: *Arms strong guarded in front of chest *Be sure to keep your core TIGHT by pulling belly button to spine. this will help support the back *Feet hip width apart *Kick leg w/flexed foot directly in front of you *Jump switch/alternate legs *Keeping body up straight...dont lean too far back *To MODIFY: Just shorten range of motion and/or slow it down and take out jump.
