IT Demand Management Consultant – Doha, Qatar Key Responsibilities Contributes to feasibility studies, and business case preparation, typically taking responsibility for cost-benefit and return on investment analyses. Assists in planned portfolio management activities in line with corporate standards and provides ongoing advice and support to programme / project managers. Supports the definition of operational portfolio management plans and activities for a set of interrelated programmes from business case to final operational stage. Monitors and reviews programme economics to include programme costs, operational budgets, staffing, resourcing and programme risks. Manages a set of programmes in the portfolio to realize business benefits. Minimum Requirements Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other relevant degree Minimum of 9 years IT experience ideally within the oil/gas industry Attain and maintain competence in accordance with the IT competency and development framework Conversant with relevant IT national and international standards and has a deep understanding of own specialism(s) Practical experience in project management, IT Risk and Security.
