IT Engineer Responsibilities: Provide software support and development for proprietary solutions, Microsoft Exchange servers, SharePoint, networking issues and PC’s system. To built a strong working relationship with customers. Interact with customers to gain an understanding of the business environment. Define scope, plans and deliverables for assigned work. Manage projects based on deliverables Provide development and implementation of projects, generate unit and system test scripts and conduct user acceptance testing with customers. Requirements: A Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from an accredited College/Polytechnic/University. Fresh graduates or 1 to 2 years of work experience as system administrator or developer. Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage. Must be able to handle multiple tasks, have excellent attention to detail, and be willing and able to learn new technologies quickly. Knowledge on programming languages (VBScript, OOP, MFC, XML, COM etc) Commitment to providing a high level of service Preferably able to communicate in both English and Mandarin Service / on-site experience highly preferred Willingness to travel (when required) Commitment to teamwork as both a contributor and a leader
