IT Help Desk Technician (Mountain Brook) JOB DESCRIPTION: Position: IT Support Help Desk Location: Mountain Brook, AL Global company that is growing is looking to add Product Support Specialist to provide customer support for service calls that get escalated from the Service Desk. Responsibilities: Will be working with proprietary software and must have an understanding of servers, networking, queuing and troubleshooting routers.
