IT IS TIME TO SEEK THE LORD AND TO BE SAVED! Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon. Isaiah 55:6,7. The angel said to Joseph thou shalt call His name JESUS: for He shall save His people from their sins. Matt. 1:21. Amen to these wonderful and great verses from Gods holy Word! That is the reason why Christ came into our world, to save us from our sins! Dear friend can you say that you are by the grace of God a saved Christian? You need to know that if you are not saved, you are lost, and you need to get saved! I know that there are those who believe that such a thing, of being saved, is impossible, but if they had been taught the truth of the Word of God, instead of the traditions of men, and if they had known the scriptures, they would have known better! The truth is that Jesus came into our world for this very reason, to save us from our sins! He now offers the gift of His great salvation which He provided by His death on the cross of calvary to every one who will believe in Him, and receive Him as his/her personal Saviour! Read the gospel of John 1:12 and 3:16! The Bible also states that Jesus did not come to save the righteous, that is the self-righteous Pharisees who justify themselves before God, and who do not need God, but He came to save sinners. This means that unless people humble themselves before God and acknowledge that they are sinners, Christ will never save them! Think about the prayers which the Pharisee and the Publican prayed to God! The religious and self-righteous Pharisee who was telling God how good and how great he was, was rejected, whereas the Publican who acknowledged his sinfulness, and asked God to be merciful to him a sinner, was forgiven and justified! Sinners need to repent to God for their sins! That is what the apostle Paul preached at Mars Hill in Athens, that God now commands all people everywhere to repent (Acts 17), and also to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ that they might be saved. Acts 16:31. Repent and Believe! Dear friend, now is the time to seek the Lord, to return unto the Lord, to experience His great mercy in your life, and to have all your sins forgiven! This is salvation! Obey God now while you have the opportunity, and before it is for ever too late!
