IT IS UNFORTUNATE.. Dear Guys, No parent ìs happy when his or her chìld faìls.No teacher celebrates when his or her subject faìls.No society accepts diminutive results. And above all NO teacher should be victimised for unforeseen failure by the pupils , unless he or she is reluctant in his or her duty as a teacher.It is therefore unwíse when the #committee put the blame squarely on the teachers instead of swallowìng pride and resígnìng for politicking against the same teachers whom they want to produce results. I want to state for the benefit of my friend #chris and the ìlk that, You can not talk ìll of teachers infront of your children and sitback to watch for mìracles.The said pupils who are your children, will have low opìnions on their tèachers and wont even pay attention to what they teach in class. The moment You refuse professionals to run the institutiöns amìcably, is thè time you will continue bemoaning the results.The Moment You elect political chauvinists instead of real school committee, is the momènt You will witness poor resülts.When You push teachers to the wall in order to revenge politically, You will reap poverty.When You politically target innocent teachers and pin them down-and celebrate, they will be demoralised.Many will seek transfers and your schools will be hoarded in cocoons of fail. LET US SHUN POLITICS IN SCHOOL INSTITUTIONS AND ENCOURAGE OUR TEACHERS INSTEAD OF POURING COLD WATER ON THEM.LET US ELECT PROFESSIONALS TO MANAGE THE SCHOOLS IF WE NEED BETTER RESULTS. It was hurtìng for the committee to ban the TUCSA Meeting.Such a meeting would have been an eye opener and a mind elevator on how to improve the performance.We are the refined products of chemaner primary, and we know what we did to pass during our time .Why deny us a chance to talk to our pupils? I am asking the committee. It was Unfortunate that Chemaner primary posted a dismal performance.Whìleas most people want to assocìate it wìth the teachìng fraternìty,I want to clearly state that luck and ill luck cant be dífferentìated.It should be understood that any ìnstítutìon should not be tormented by polìtical thìnk tanks.The moment thè socìety turn theìr guns on the ìnnocent teachers and talk ill of them in their homes, the pupíls pay heed and see them(teachers)as useless.
