For one thing, he or she is expected to possess a certain degree of technical expertise with automatic data collection and reporting systems, including a capacity for program troubleshooting and system security measures Position Requirement: • Background in Financial Operations • Experience with querying against operation and transactional data stores. • Ability to translate written and verbal requirements in viable data queries. • Experience with relational databases. • The Data analyst will be on point to perform and manage the research, discovery, analysis, documentation, in meetings and other channels, with respect to the data elements that HCSC currently houses within its environments, along with impact assessment of new data elements that may need to be added. • Apart from strong business data analysis skills, the selected candidate will be expected to have excellent communication and negotiation skills to be successful in this assignment. • Other preferred skills would include strong planning and coordination skills, data visualization in presentations (PowerPoint or other)
