ITC Bukhara to serve special platter for Barack Obama, Guest of Honour at Republic Day celebrations tomorrow, staying at Grand Presidential suite of ITC Maurya Sheraton. Entire Sheraton reserved for the President. Obama to dine at Mauryas signature restaurant `Bukhara`. Bukharas staff will prepare a special `Obama Platter` in his honour. The meal that will be served to the US President will reportedly include special items on the menu by the kitchen staff. `Bukhara` earlier named a culinary platter after Bill Clinton (2000) and Obama (2010) during their respective visits to the capital. Restaurant has earlier played host to likes of Clinton, George Bush and Condoleeza Rice. Obama Bukhara Menu in 2010 included tandoori jhinga, reshmi kebab and sikandari raan, murgh boti bukhara, machhli tikka in the non-vegetarian section and tandoori aloo, bukhara, mixed raita and naan amal tandoori salad, dal in the vegetarian portion, phirni, gulab jamun, kulfi - rasmalai as desserts
