Morning: 630am Circuit with Claire (30mins) 915am X-Trainer with Briony (60mins) Evening 6pm Aero/Tone with Jenny (60mins) 7pm Mind Body with Jenny Jenny is filling in tonight for Lauren as she will be at Filex over the weekend :)
