ITS FRIDAY!!!! The weekend is finally here! How was everyones training this week? Compare it to last weeks training and I bet you have improved a lot since then. Give yourself a pat on the back because every day you spend in the gym is another day closer to the healthier you that you wish to see. Dont be discouraged because you couldnt complete 3 mins of an exercise. The point is you tried. And you need to keep trying until you can. We have all been there and we pushed through the exhaustion and came out stronger and so will you. Get a good rest this weekend and we will see you all on Monday and a start of a new training week!
