ITS SUPER CHARGED SUNDAYS. Today is a perfect day to get mentally and physically prepared for the week. I love Sundays because you can make time for meal prep, plan out your weekly goals and workouts. Here are my top things I suggest to do on Sundays to tackle the new week: • MEAL PREPARATION: This can be as simple as cutting up all your fruits and veggies so it will be much faster to prepare your snacks and meals, or you cooking several meals for the week. The worse food decisions we make are when we are hungry. DO YOU NEED AGREE? When the stomach is growling, you are not counting any carbs or protein. You have one objective…that is eating. So make your world simple and do not slow down your metabolism with eating junk foods. • NOTHING BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR WORKOUT: Is everything set so that you have no interruptions with your workouts? If you know your day will be long at work, then plan a quick 30-minute workout before work. Its proper planning like this that will keep you on track. • WRITE IT OUT: What you can see is what you believe. Write out your goals for this week, and make it visible. Post it on your fridge. Or tell a friend/co-worker your goals and have them to keep you accountable. Something so simple will make a huge difference with your results. We start a new week on tomorrow. Keep up the good work with the 14-Day Challenge. Several of the participants have lost two or more pounds on last week. Wow!! If you didnt do as well, dont beat yourself up. Start over this week.
