ITS System Maintenance will be conducted Sunday, July 7, 2013. Specific services that will be impacted include: Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m: Access to the following systems will be intermittent: • Thin Client Computers • Move.odu.edu Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m: Access to the following systems will be intermittent: • Banner • Leo Online • Touchnet (Credit Card Payments) • Travel and Expense Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m: Access to the following system will be intermittent: • Sharepoint The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon. Please note: To maintain optimal performance, ITS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is typically on Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon.
