Track attendance and usage of training participants to measure effectiveness of individual training sessions and training sessions impact on end user adoption and usage. Provide metrics as established by manager and department leadership to track and report customer training program activities and associated issues and/or opportunities for reporting to both customer and internal stakeholder reporting. 2. Managed daily office operations , maintenance of equipment and Report daily to Managers 3. Planned and executed corporate meetings, lunches and special events. 4. Managed the receptionist area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information. 5. Updating Web sites with latest training materials and outlines for each Course 8. Handles customer inquiries and resolve their complaints aiming for their satisfaction 9.
