ITUT StudentsTodays court took more than our stomach could stand to. We were literally in a fasting prayer as we arrived in court at 7:30 and only exited around 16:40.The ruling is in favor of students as the university is ordered to allow students back at Res and students should make an undertaking that they wont vandalize or harass any students/staff. Every student have to sign a form (Just a few lines) and commit to protect the university property. This decision is with immediate effect.Negotiations are still in process and we remain confident that University Council, which is meeting tomorrow, will respond to our demands very well. The University, through their lawyers, reported that the classes are earmarked to start on the 07th October 2014. Students must study and prepare for exams.Eita Student Leadership eita
