IVN is one of the recognized leaders in the volunteer abroad field. We are an indigenous private organization committed to enhancing quality of life in Uganda while preserving indigenous cultures, traditions and ecologies by focusing our efforts to make tourism a viable tool for conservation, protection of bio-cultural diversity, and sustainable community development. We collaborate with hundreds of local NGOs, CBOs, orphanages, schools, medical centers and hospitals, women projects, and grassroots organizations. Our idea is to promote sustainable Eco – Tourism - “responsible travel to natural areas which conserves the environment and improves the welfare of the local people. With our volunteer projects, we offer travelers the opportunity to explore a new country while taking part in meaningful, rewarding service work.
