Iam a firm believer in this.... when I worked the Special Services Desk for years and even covering it the past 2 days... you get a great idea of how things can go wrong quickly and how fast customers are to respond, scream and yell as opposed to just being understanding and patient .. I cant tell you the last time that Ive gone into a walmart and complained about why they have 50 check out lines, but usually only 5 are open along with their self check out... its funny how ive always said that the customers that have given me a hard time at my work due to call ins or shortages in staffing in my area that if I was out and about and saw them at their job with the same issues I would do the same.. but then I think to myself, 2 wrongs dont make a right.. iam going to be the bigger person and tell them they are doing a great job and dont get stressed... we are all in this service industry together and we all need to remember that and stick together.. love this story and I can TOTALLY relate to this
