Iam still buffled by Adv Thuli Madonselas interpretation of the law. How can a judge make a judgement and later write to litigants. Dear litigants this is how I want you to implement my decision please madam you are now fuctus officio , let other institutions execute your decision unless if you have only one Project and you dont have other cases. Secondly it baffles me that documents are leaked from her office which in itself is a criminal offence in terms of Public Protectors act. Not once did the PP report these crimes to the police, the law is broken and her documents are leaked, she must report this crime or we will always think otherwise! !or is it because its a matter that affect President Zuma ,??
