IamSMEofIndia runs a special program called Industry Integrated Training & Placement Program for Engineers (IITPP). We adopt Engineering students in their Final year, train them ourselves, place them as Apprentices/ Interns for 5-6 months, and then provide them regular jobs. In the Pictures you see Engineering Students from Mewar University, Rajasthan. We have placed this batch two months earlier as Interns in different industries in Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida and Faridabad. Every Friday and Saturday we train them ourselves to address the actual requirements of Industries. In the pictures, Rajiv Chawla, Chairman, IamSMEofIndia, is taking a review meeting and one-to-one discussions with the students to know their problems first hand and answer their queries.
