Muhammad Shehbaz Ahmad s/o Muhammad Manzoor Ahmad also known as Rana Tanweer Ahmad (uncle of complainant) R/O________________________________________ 2. Muhammad Fayaz Ahmad s/o Muhammad Manzoor Ahmad (Father of the complainant) & few others R/O. Haji Kot Kala khatai road Shahdara Lahore Pakistan. (Accused) Respectfully stated that, When I was 8 years old my father got second marriage after some period of 2nd marriage he become cruel and started beating without any cause and reason. My father planned to get rid of from me so he sold me against some money consideration in the hands of my uncle Muhammad Shehbaz elder brother of my father. My uncle Muhammad Shehbaz told me that he will take me to Thailand for my education and better future. Uncle took me Thailand on April 21, 2009 at visa document no 0203055. From next day of arrival my uncle asked to work with him at his shop No.168-173 Street No.7 Zone –D Chatochack Market, Bangkok. Few days after coming in Bangkok I asked to uncle for admission in school as he promised in Pakistan but he was lingered on. After laps of two months I again agitated and asked for admission in school then come know that my visa was for just two months which has been expired and know my status in Thailand is illegal, my traveling documents were in custody of my uncle I requested him to send me back to Pakistan if he is not willing to admit me in school at Bangkok Thailand. I contacted my father in Pakistan to take me back but he also refused and asked to work with uncle. I do had no other option to work with uncle in school age because my traveling documents were in his custody, my uncle promised me to pay 10000/- Thai per month as salary. I had worked for 4 years but till date salary had not paid which is (480,000 Thai and US$16,000) When I demanded salary my uncle handed over me to Bangkok police as illegal immigrant, now I am in jail from September 04, 2013 Room No.03 IDC 022941. Muhammad Shehbaz Ahmad known as Rana Tanweer Ahmad is involved in serious crime like human smuggling & trafficking he calls young age boys on visit visa from Pakistan and after expiry of visa ask them to work with him at minimum salary but never pay when worker demands he hand over to police or send back to Pakistan without paying any dues. Another Pakistani Mushtaq had worked for 43 months but no salary was paid when demanded was sent back to Pakistan without paying, evidence can be provided when demanded. I request the concerned authorities to take stern legal action against the culprits who are destroying lives of innocent Pakistanis by dreaming them of bright future and then force them to work without pay and defaming Pakistan.
