Iceland, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark are global role models for gender equality. These economies have made it possible for parents to combine work and family, argues Saadia Zahidi in this piece. The result: more women in the workplace, more male involvement in childcare, and a better work-life balance for both women and men.
