Iconoclasm is the destruction of religious icons and other sacred images or monuments, usually for religious or political motives. So therefore, as plain as day, the history of black people has been either altered through whitewash, suppressed, hidden and/or completely destroyed so that you would neither have a connection to your story and your ancestors who not only are the greatest people in existence to date, but the originators of all forms of artistic expression (language, writing, math, architecture, medicine, etc) which means we are also the gatekeepers and teachers of any and all craft in existence.
