Id just like to take a moment to thank our POTUS for the opportunity to pay his penalty tax for not having the ability to pay for health coverage. Its not bad enough that I dont have health coverage, now I get to pay for not having it. I suppose this makes sense in the convoluted world of progressive political perspective and the ever growing nanny-state. By the way, I have looked at it and know a little bit about insurance--the monthly premium is outrageous/prohibitive (choose your adjective) but the real kicker is the $6,000 deductible. That simply defies description. And heres an important analogy for some who consider all criticism of our President as racist. I dont like Kanye. I didnt like him before he made Paul McCartney famous and I dont like him now. It has nothing to do with his race and everything to do with his attitude, although admittedly Im not a fan of rap music. I dont like the way Kanye conducts himself. It has nothing to do with his race. And I suspect many who read this agree with me. Similarly, I dont support the political positions of our President. I respect the office and dont envy the great responsibility and burdens carried by the man or woman who serves in that office. But my disagreements and concerns about our President have nothing to do with his race and everything to do with his positions and the direction as our leader. Some of you need to stop raising the racist card every time the President is criticized and let real discussion and debate proceed. I know racism exists and I loathe it, but its not the root reason for every criticism of our President.
