Id like to get a few things off my chest... #1 Stop huffing and puffing around as if your big Squat is somewhat god like The last time I checked, SQUATS do not WIN you meets...Totals do! #2 I recently heard that a gym in my area is charging members $150/mo!!!! I hear certified Crossfit boxes(gyms) can charge an arm and a leg but hearing that a gym that isnt an affiliate and not helping members when needing help is just absolutely absurd to me! If a member of my gym needs 5min oft time for WHATEVER it may be....Ill be on it in a heart beat ESPECIALLY if that member is paying that INSANE amount! Luckily my gym is only $36/mo, with HIGH credentials...LogBooks where I and my father write out EVERY SINGLE members DAILY workouts, giving all our members a constant training/workout program from their desired goals... $150/mo.....GTFO here #3 If youre a trainer and Powerlift and charge $100/hr for your time and are charging that amount to guys who need help and who have been under the bar longer...you arent a trainer, youre a crook...your job ISNT to help and lend your knowledge to others, its only about you making $$ while giving someone some stupid ass cookie-cutter workout/training session.....pathetic... And lastly...#4 Put your F**KING weights back where you got them and STOP dropping DBs on the floor...of you have to do that sh!t THEN ITS TOO HEAVY
