Id like to know why Moose Factory residents are not informed a head of time when it comes to changes, mostly Air Fare, for this essential service? That way there is enough time in advance to advocate and lobby reductions at the same time, educate your customers about the business. Expedition Helicopters are not the only providers for this service and to maintain its market share, it needs to find a better way to communicate changes. I recommended to my Chief & Council members that there has to be a formal sit down with all parties involved to come to an agreement. I hope that day comes soon. If not for this freeze up phase, then definitely before spring break-up. Thank you.
