Id like to live in Mr. Carpenters world, where all truckers are - TopicsExpress

Id like to live in Mr. Carpenters world, where all truckers are greedy and having wrecks all over the place because theyre busy counting their money. Heres my email response to his ridiculous article - and you can bet there will be an Overdrive Magazine post about it. Mr. Carpenter, Id love to invite you to ride along for a week with the greedy truckers. Maybe you can get a better perspective about how life on the road really is, instead of relating your cross country joy rides to the work truckers actually do. Ill be responding to your lovely article in one of my own, as soon as I get done counting all the huge stacks of cash we have in the truck. Also, please include a picture of that grocery store that has a train track running through it. Im totally interested in how that actually works. When you open this e mail, remember that the device youre using to read it was on an average of seven trucks before it got to you. Or did you drive your magic cross country car to pick it up at the manufacturer? If thats the case, Im sure you use gasoline that has never been on a tanker truck, because god forbid you support the evil trucking industry. You forgot to mention that 80% of accidents involving cars and tractor trailers are the fault of the driver in the car. Of course, that would really lessen the impact of your shocking death statistics, so I can see how youd want that little fact suppressed. As far a imaginary taxes go, Id like to know exactly what tax service you spoke to for this information, because were definitely using them next year. Your article is biased and extremely lacking in actual fact, but dont worry. Ill take it apart and insert the pertinent information for you, at no charge for my editorial work. The trucking magazine I work for will pick up the slack. Enjoy your day and try not to consider the fact that everything you eat, drink, wear or touch today has probably been on a truck. Perish the thought. Sincerely, Wendy Parker overdriveonline/wendy
