Id like to loose a little bit of this weight, its not my main concern, my main goal is to get stronger and faster and be able to go further. I accomplished 6 miles yesterday for the first time, it felt great to be able to say that I was once 240 lbs and not able to climb a simple hill to say today I can run 6 miles no problem. And honestly after the 5th mile I felt like I could go on for another hour. I ran down Delsea Dr. Where I was beeped at a lot by people I dont believe I know, either they were mocking me or showing support either way I kept going! So yey for mile 6 and hoping for many more.
