Id like to share something with you (as if thats a surprise) *snorts* The home we just moved from was a rental via a property management company #InvitationHomes The portfolio manager was one of the most unprofessional, rude, arrogant people I have encountered (telephone gangster). Not only did he make me want to do very bad things, he made my momma want to write LETTERS!! Yes, I said letters. *gasp* After speaking to his supervisor on duty, on his speaker phone (power-trip), he challenged me as I addressed my concerns instead of listening. Anywhoooo.... I got momma to calm down after she drafted an email. She then wanted to take them to small claims court. I told her it wasnt worth the time and energy and lets keep it pushing. Mind you - my I aint no punk alarm was set off as well, but this man obviously has control issues (and probably really small feet and a big monster truck that he has to climb in using a step ladder and a neanderthal forehead). I took a journey in my mind to the office in Woodland Hills and dumped a payment off (in all pennies) until I realized that would be pretty heavy and Id probably mess up my nails. Anywho, instead of address funkiness of the turd, I mean the behavior of the portfolio manager (whose initials are D.C.), I decided to handle it another way..... There was an innocent bystander in the way who was kind and did her job to the best of her abilities whilst being surrounded by not so nice people. I imagine her daily grind must suck already - so this is what I did...... N____e, First off, Id like to thank you for your follow up and professionalism. However, regretfully, I cannot say the same thing about the company you are employed with. We tried to be good tenants and I believe we were. The experience I and my family had with Invitation Homes was a nightmare at the end, and people in your company are misleading and essentially liars. Continuing business in this manner of horrible customer service could be the detriment to your company. The energy and time wed need to expend fighting the nickle and diming of the refund we were told would not exceed costs of $200 is frankly not worth it (Im sure thats common practice and what is expected.) Word of mouth is the best reference for a company, therefore Im surprised that Invitation Homes allows and encourages bad behavior of its employees. Regardless of their shortcomings, I try to give credit were credit is due and I applaud you for your work ethic and wish you the best in your future N____e. Stay blessed. Respectfully, Juay Roybal Kastl #KeepItPositive
