Id like to use this forum to discuss others opinion of comfrey. I have been using comfrey in skin care products at home with wonderful result. I am considering adding it to some of my products however this herb has built a controversial reputation. Although most studies show that comfrey is only potentially harmful when ingested I want to ask if adding this to my products would cause anyone concern.
