Id like your input on top fans for 2015. Im thinking about doing things differently for January. What we have been doing is selecting two of the top 10 and one of 11-20 (who have 200+ pts), plus one from the Rafflecopter. Each receives a surprise cloth diaper prize, and my prizes are pretty good, if I do say so myself. Anyone in the top 20/200+ pts for the first time, who hasnt received a top fan or consolation prize from me, receives a small present in the mail as well. I thought this was a pretty great incentive to get active, but not many have taken advantage of it. This is a fantastic community and I know most would continue to participate without the prizes, but Id love to keep it going in some way. I still have a handful of limited edition diapers (Bumgenius Martin, Marie, Irwin etc.) and quite a few of my top fan prizes are higher value items like Applecheeks, GEN-Y, Thirsties etc. Do you prefer the surprise aspect or would you prefer that I say such and such # will get this particular prize? Do you like when fans 1-3 win, or when more people have an equal chance without a like race to the top? Im also open to something totally different, maybe a weekly flash giveaway instead? Id also love to spread the word about our Tuesday night chats, so maybe I should make that a flash giveaway with more winners & specific prizes instead?
