Id love to say his voice was from the tomb, or carried the stink - TopicsExpress

Id love to say his voice was from the tomb, or carried the stink of death. It didnt. It was baritone and crisp, what accent he had sounded more Manhattan than Transylvania. Marcus had always been somewhat of a disappointment to me, as a vampire. He wasnt creepy, or frightening, and he didnt play to the stereotypes. I put it down to his advanced age. He was ancient before Vlad Tepes was even born. Hed learned to speak English for the first time in the mid eleventh century. He told me one time the language had shifted enough that it mandated he learn it several times.
