Id nearly forgotten how much I enjoy this song. Or rather, while I remembered *that* I enjoyed it, I had nearly forgotten *to* enjoy it. My mind, biased-towards-analysis-and-conclusion(sic) as it is, identified those two things as essentially identical... which is no more correct than identifying the object, Ankh, with the codeword Sanctuary. Sure, there was associative correllation, but not one-to-one parity. Yes, enjoying a favorite piece of music re-validates/reinforces the descriptor Enjoyable, but that doesnt work the other way... confirming line-items on the manifest does not automatically equate to deriving use/benefit from them, if youre following this increasingly-unwieldy, severally-mixed-metaphor? As with anything sensory or with immediacy, music (the actuality, not the word) cannot be accessed except via direct experience in real time. I am glad I gave moment to the impulse to do more than remember I like*d* it, and take a minute to actually... actively... *like* it again!
