Id take Switzerland as top. Kids from Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China are trained well to pick politically correct answers. And also often, when there are such tests, teachers will pick the most well behaved ones to do them, instead of random kids in classes. If we genuinely believe kids who go to school during the day, tuition centres and CCAs during the off hours, weekends and holidays, wears thick glasses at the age of 6, and no big spaces to run and play, are the happiest ones in the whole world, who are we kidding?!
